Location: Makanda, Illinois
Horse Trail – This project will consisted of construction for a new section of horse trail +-2,575 ft. in length. Worked constricted of clearing, grading, water diversion berms, placement of aggregate and rip rap. Post Oak Walking Trail – This project consisted of the removal the existing asphalt trail surface to full depth, minor clearing, grading and shaping, establish new trail alignment, and create landings to meet ADA compliancy, forming and pouring a new five (5) foot wide, five (5) inch thick reinforced concrete trail surface. The total length of the new concrete trail will be +- 990 L.F. in length. Also replacement of two wooden bridges and installation of new culvert.
