Joe Lange, Project Manager

As Project Manager, Joe provides oversight to many of our projects. His ability to manage and successfully implement quality control and safety measures while ensuring projects are kept on schedule and within budget reinforces LCI’s promise to exceed client expectations. Joe’s experience in the industrial technology industry help our team stay on the cutting edge of new technologies and processes.

Mark Albert, Project Manager

Mark’s varied experience in the industry brings a unique level of expertise to each of LCI’s projects. With 30 years experience in the industry, Mark has managed millions of dollars in construction projects and was recognized by the Illinois Capital Development Board as one of the top construction observers in Southern Illinois, during his time with various architectural and engineering firms. A blend of design-build, engineering, surveying and management experience make Mark an invaluable asset to our team.

Daryl Fulmer, Project Manager

As Project Manager, Daryl serves as the primary point of contact for LCI Clients. His experience in the industry ensures that no detail goes unnoticed. Daryl provides oversight as a quality control manager and prepares an individual quality control plan for each and every project.

Safety & Affiliations

At Lake Contracting, Safety is the utmost priority; we have received multiple accommodations for safety and project excellence from numerous agencies and clients, including but not limited to, the Illinois Department of Natural Resources and the Illinois Capital Development Board. In 2010, Lake Contracting was awarded the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers Gold Coin Award for Safety Excellence for their work on a project; additionally, LCI was recognized as the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers Mississippi Valley Division Safety Contractor of the year.

LCI maintains memberships with the Southern Illinois Builder’s Association (SIBA) as well as Land Improvement Contractors of America (LICA). We are prequalified contractors for the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), Illinois Capital Development Board (CDB), Land Improvement Contractors of America (LICA), and the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE). We at Lake Contracting take pride in our safety record and ensure the highest level of quality and safety are extended to each and every project we complete.
