The Design Build Construction of three new buildings and relocation of existing pavilion in Sauget, Illinois for Oldcastle Lawn and Garden.  Oldcastle is a wholesale supplier of Lawn and Garden products. The new constructed buildings included a 21,600 sq. ft. Pre-Engineered production facility, 4,800 sq.ft. office building and a 11,040 sq.ft. warehouse. Work consisted of all phases of construction including but not limited to excavation, footings, foundations, floor slab, structural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general construction.
