Project Description
Ellis Grove: Construction of a 4,500 gross sf, unheated, wood framed Storage building of S-1 Use Group. Building includes truck storage bays, salt storage bay with 10’ high concrete walls, electrical, lighting, ventilation, man doors, overhead doors, concrete floor, concrete approach aprons and gravel approach driveways. (The Client Agency will demolish the existing storage building under the Base Bid.)
Tilden: Construction of a 3,375 gross sf, unheated, wood framed Storage building of S-1 Use Group. Building includes truck storage bays, salt storage bay with 10’ high concrete walls, electrical, lighting, ventilation, man doors, overhead doors, concrete floor, concrete approach aprons and gravel approach driveways. (The Client Agency will demolish the existing storage building under the Base Bid.)
